What IT skills did you learn here at Impact Enterprises?
When I started working here, I already knew the main Microsoft programs, but only the basics. Here I am learning more and more. I specially learned Excel in great detail.
What are your future goals professionally?
I want to become a flight controller. I want to try something different – there are only a few people here in Zambia who do it, but I’m interested in it. I hope to start studying in the next 2 years.
How is working at Impact Enterprise helping you towards your goals?
Some of the money I save here will be used for school. Beside the financials, I also learned working in a team and interacting with other people which helps a lot.
What was your most memorable experience at Impact Enterprises?
Every time when I work on a new project, I learn something new. I keep thinking about that. On a personal level, we have good times when we do company barbecues; that also sticks in my mind.
Tell us something you love about Zambia
It’s a beautiful country. The landscape, the people, the food, everything is beautiful. I love Zambia a lot.
